History:

In 1995, AERO Race Wheels, located in Estherville, Iowa, was established by current owner F.L. “Skip” Miller on the conviction that this company and its dedicated staff could provide higher quality wheels designed specifically to endure the tough requirements and conditions of the racing industry. Most importantly, the wheels needed to be manufactured and marketed while maintaining an affordable price structure. Since then, we have become the largest premier steel racing wheel supplier and our product line speaks for itself. It’s not an understatement to say that we have made our mark in the racing community in just a short time.

AERO wheels can be seen accessorizing the locals at the dirt and asphalt tracks across the nation, as well as a majority of the teams on the Sprint Cup circuit. In fact, since November 2nd of 1997, AERO’s 59 Series NASCAR wheel has won more Cup, Nationwide and Camping World Series races than all other brands combined.

Aero 44 & 45 Series
The 44 and 45 Series are a compact roll-formed steel wheel specced for both dirt and asphalt tracks. These racing wheels provide high durability in a more compact, 14x6, 14x7 or 15x7 sport frame racing wheel with a 4 on 100mm or 5 on 100mm bolt pattern. The 44 Series is finished in black or silver finishes while the 45 Series is available in black.
Aero 50 Series
Aero’s 50 series is designed for budget-conscious race teams. These roll-formed racing wheels provide high value without sacrificing performance or durability in 15x7, 15x8, 15x10, and 15x12 sizes with a 5 on 4-1/2", 4-3/4", or 5" bolt pattern. Finished in black, silver, or chrome.The most popular of these Aero Racing Wheels is the 15x8, which can come IMCA stickered. A 3-tab version is also available in 15x8, 1" bs, 5 on 4-3/4".
Aero 52 Series
The Aero 52 series is their most popular racing wheel on the market, and the Aero Wheels in 15x8 being some of the most popular in both asphalt and dirt track racing. This steel racing wheel is roll-formed and comes standard 15x8 IMCA approved with a 5 on 4-1/2", 4-3/4", or 5" bolt pattern. Finished in black, silver, chrome, or flat black.We also stock 3-tab 15x8 Aero Racing Wheels and a left rear racing wheel, where the “big bell” is located on the back of the wheel rather than the front.
Aero 53 Series
The 53 series is Aero’s beadlock wheel, designed to provide maximum durability and security for your race wheels. Day Motorp Sports stocks the 53 series roll-formed wheels in 15x8 and 15x10 with a 5 on 4-1/2", 4-3/4", or 5" bolt pattern. Finished in black, silver, chrome, or flat black.The 15x8 sized 53 series wheel comes standard IMCA stickered.
Aero 55 Series
The Aero 55 series is a roll-formed racing wheel specced for dirt and asphalt. It features a 4 lug nut pattern. The Aero 55 was designed for budget-conscious race teams who need a 4 lug wheel, and it manages to provide high value without sacrificing durability in sizes 15x7, 15x8, and 15x10.
Aero 56 Series
The 56 Series Wheel is spun formed and Aero's lightest weight 15x8 in our line-up. It incorporates large bead seats and a bead hump with an extreme knife “edge.” Recommended if your rules require a 15x8 wheel without a beadlock and no minimum weight. Designed for select American Racer tires.
