Every AFCO radiator is built from detailed, computer-designed specifications and use precision CNC laser-cut parts for exact tolerances. We never stamp tanks. Our tanks are either laser-cut and precision-welded or formed using a “drawn” technique that keeps a uniform thickness and eliminates weak spots.

Quality control and strict production tolerances are key to developing a premium product. Controlling these aspects in-house means AFCO radiators are produced to the highest standards without compromise. By using a modern furnace-brazed process, all AFCO radiators feature all-aluminum construction without the need for epoxy. Not only does this make for a lighter radiator, but the common material bonding provides for increased thermal efficiency as well.

The double row AFCO radiators are constructed with one 1” tubes while the single row lightweight radiators have 1.25” tubes.

Chevy style radiators have the inlet on the left (driver) side and outlet on the right (passenger) side while the Ford style is opposite. Chevy double pass radiators have the inlet and outlet on the right (passenger) side.
