Serpentine Pulleys

Manufacturing:

The design and engineering process for serpentine pulleys and belts has been a top priority of Jones Racing Products since our inception in 1981. The ability to have complete control over not only the manufacturing of the pulleys but the belts as well ensures our serpentine drives work seamlessly together. Our manufacturing process starts with domestic aluminum bar stock which is CNC machined in-house at our Pennsylvania facility. Pulleys are then matched with their Jones counterpart, race specific serpentine belts. We are proud to manufacture our complete serpentine drives in the USA.

Exacting Tolerances:

Our serpentine drive pulleys are CNC machined to exacting tolerances, promoting optimal engagement in our race specific engineered belts. This combination will drive the engine’s accessories without the worry of belt slip and premature wear, all while saving horsepower due to decreased belt tension.

Performance Driven:

The high demands racing puts on each driven engine accessory is intense. The proper design of pulley and belt along with a tailored pulley ratio for the engine RPM’s will generate the most reliable and efficient belt drive system. Many variables need to be considered when choosing the correct components for your application. Jones Racing Products has the extensive knowledge from our 35+ years of experience to ensure our customers’ drives run flawlessly.
