MSD's Pro-Boot Guard is designed to protect spark plug boots from excessive heat. This slide-on sleeve features a fiberglass woven inner sleeve which is then coated with a specially compounded silicone rubber. This combination produces a thick sleeve that can withstand extreme temperatures. Slides over most plug boots.
This part is legal for sale or use on Emissions Controlled Vehicles, Uncontrolled (Non-Emissions Controlled) Vehicles, and Racing Use Only Vehicles because it does not affect vehicle emissions and is not covered by emissions regulations.
