Crafted with premium internals and a zero gas pressure design, the QA1 5Q Series Heim Mount Shocks (formerly the 51 Series) provides the most grip on slick tracks and the best feel of any shock. It excels on average to dry-slick dirt and asphalt tracks where traction is limited. It can also be used as an axle wrap up shock in pullbar applications.

The QA1 5Q Series Stock Mount Shocks (formerly the 53 Series) is one of the most popular shocks on the market. Options with smaller compressed front lengths are offered for racers who want extra compression travel. The twin tube design provides excellent feel of all four tires and exceptional traction on even the slickest tracks. Whether you need stiff rebound for asphalt applications or an easy-up for dirt tracks, look to the 5Q Series for premium performance.

Small details add up to provide great overall performance. The black zinc coating ensures a very consistent finish, creating a tight seal every time. The scalloped base loop increases clearances in tight areas like upper control arms and shock mounts. Pistons are made of high-quality raw aluminum, minimizing variations that can be found in anodized parts. You can valve the shock with bleed shims or drill out bleeds to maximize tunability.
